The school complex was designed and managed following a public tender award. It consists of several bodies of buildings joined together and made, by choice imposed by the client, using traditional construction technologies, laminated wood roofing and external brick cladding and seamed metal sheets. The total area of the intervention is about 2000 square meters, distributed on a single floor including laboratories, classrooms, refectories and technical rooms.

Isolated villa with valuable features and finishes, built in the city of Pizzoli, after the seismic events that affected L’Aquila in 2009, in extremely limited times for the needs of the client.
The altimetric development is on 3 levels including the basement, with maximum height of 10m, from the ground level to the ridge.

These are terraced houses built with the ICF system and organized on two floors above ground, with an accessible attic and a laminated wood roof structure.
The finishes are particularly accurate, with extensive use of exposed stone cladding, frames and wood eaves.

This is a residential and service building, located in the city centre of Cluj Napoca, Romania, built to replace the existing building, adjacent to other buildings and artifacts of historical and artistic interest.
It has a trapezoidal floor-plan shape and it consists of a basement and 4 above-ground floors, made entirely with ICF construction system, as well as the floor slabs, which all have a bidirectional structure, due to the need to contain as much as possible the thickness, for urbanistic reasons.
It has been paid particular attention to the external finishes, that are partly with brick cladding and partly cement levelling.

This is a “strategic” building, built in use class IV as an expansion of the CNR research centre in Bologna.
The intended use required a very accurate design in terms of interaction between structures, systems and architecture, taking into account many design details (eg cavities, ventilation chimneys, technical compartments, compartments).
Bidirectional floor slabs consist of lightweight structural concrete, with a resistance class LC30 / 33.
Steel structures coexist with the concrete one for the realization of technical compartments and perimeter portions.

The building, located on the Roman hills in the city of Rocca Priora, is called “Residenze San Rocco”; it houses 6 building units, characterized by evocative views of the Park of Castelli Romani and the most modern engineering technologies.
The complex articulation of the building units, distributed on various floors at the sides of a central hallway that “cuts” the building, has determined the need to introduce walls with lightened concrete, not collaborating with the structure and carried by special purlins.
The floor slabs are made with bidirectional ICF systems.

The building, location of an assisted residence for elderly and non-self-sufficient people called “Quinta Stella”, is located in the city of Tolfa and presents an architecture characterized by extreme modernity in lines and colors, that are giving a very welcoming look.
The V-shaped plan includes a main body, that is 65m long and 15m wide, from which stands out a 40m long secondary body.
It is made entirely of lightly reinforced load-bearing walls, with 20 and 15cm thickness, despite the structural spans that characterize it and the overloads expected for the particular intended use.

Elegant villa with indoor pool, located in the city of Meina on the Piedmont side of Lake Maggiore. It looks like a building full of details and technological equipment, characterized by essential but very refined shapes, which give architectural value and, at the same time, aesthetic sobriety.
The architecture is clearly marked by the presence of the pool, which starts from the inside of the structure and develops outwards, until it reaches a cantilever portion, that projects the observer directly into the lake, creating a very striking effect.

The building is located in Bovisio Masciago, a few kilometers from Milan and is called “Zerodomus”, together with the “twin” building, currently under construction.
This is a residential building, intended to accommodate 20 types of units (two-room, three-room and four-room apartments). It has 5 floors above ground and a basement, entirely made with ICF walls of 15 and 20cm structural thickness.
